Employers must follow applicable employment and human-rights laws. UAreHire must not be used to unlawfully discriminate against candidates or to request information that cannot lawfully be used in a hiring decision.

Job postings must represent genuine opportunities. Pyramid schemes, deceptive recruiting, illegal work, fraudulent payment arrangements and jobs designed to obtain personal or financial information are not permitted.

Do not publish or share another person's private information without authority. Use screening and credential information only for legitimate, permitted hiring purposes.

UAreHire may investigate reported conduct and may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content or take other reasonable action where these guidelines or the Terms of Service are violated.
