Acceptable Use Policy

• Post fake, misleading, illegal or non-existent jobs.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Misrepresent qualifications, credentials, work history or hiring authority.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against another user.
• Solicit passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing messages or deceptive links.
• Scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract user data without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits or account restrictions.
• Use information obtained through UAreHire for unrelated marketing, surveillance or data brokerage.
• Use the platform for unlawful work, fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.

Automated access must be expressly authorized by UAreHire. You may not use bots, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to collect data, contact users or interfere with platform operations except through an interface or integration we expressly provide for that purpose.

We may remove content, limit functionality, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records or take other reasonable action in response to suspected violations, security risks or legal obligations.
