About UAreHire
A faster way for work to find people — and people to find work.
UAreHire is a live hiring platform built to reduce the delays between an open job and a ready worker.
Why we exist
Traditional hiring can take days or weeks even when an employer has an urgent opening and a qualified worker is available immediately. UAreHire is being built around a simpler idea: when both sides are ready, the platform should help them connect and move forward now.
Where we started
UAreHire started in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with an early focus on industries where hiring demand can change quickly, including skilled trades, oilfield services, hospitality and other high-activity sectors.
That live hiring model is now expanding across Western Canada, serving Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba while keeping Grande Prairie as the place where UAreHire began.
What makes UAreHire different
Workers can build a practical work profile, show when they are ready now, discover opportunities, receive invitations, message employers and attend video interviews. Employers can post jobs, find matching workers, invite candidates, interview, request verification and move candidates through a structured hiring pipeline.
What we believe
Speed with substance
Move faster without removing the information needed to make a responsible decision.
Opportunity should be visible
Ready workers should be easier to discover when employers actually need them.
Trust matters
Identity, credentials, screening and clear platform rules should support better hiring decisions.
People stay in control
UAreHire helps people connect; employers and workers make their own employment decisions.
